In continuation to this Ministry's General Circular No. 04/2025 dated 29.09.2025, it has been decided to allow filing of e-form DIR-3-KYC and web-form DIR-3-KYC-WEB without filing fee up to 31st October, 2025.

This issue with the approval of Competent Authority.
